Returns Policy

Returns Policy

 Thank you for shopping with Log on Fires Ltd. We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our returns policy below for any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

1. Your Right to Cancel

 As a customer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you decide to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within this 14-day period. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Unused and Uninstalled Products: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in resalable condition, with all original accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect returned goods and may refuse a refund if the items are found to be damaged or not in resalable condition.

3. Exclusions

 The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Stoves that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.

4. Returning Your Item

 

  • Return Costs: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  •  Please include your order number and contact details inside the package. 

5. Refunds

 

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Delivery Costs: If your return is approved, you will be refunded the cost of the goods plus standard delivery costs. Any additional delivery charges (e.g., express shipping) will not be refunded.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

 If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs.
